1. Acceptance

By creating an account on linkster.website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Linkster provides a platform to create a personal "link in bio" page. You can add links, social media profiles, text blocks, and other content to your public profile page.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Linkster.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person or business may maintain only one free account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Linkster to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
  • Distribute spam or malware.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in phishing or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Overload or attack our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish on Linkster. By publishing content, you grant Linkster a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and serve that content as part of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your profile and the links you share.

6. Free plan limitations

The free plan may have limits on the number of blocks, features, or bandwidth. These limits may change over time. We will notify users before making significant changes.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Linkster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (EU).
